Ordering

(i.) How to Place an Order?

Step 1: Add an item to cart.
Step 2: Review your cart.
Step 3: Choose the Delivery Method > Select the date & time (Applicable for Express Delivery & Store Pickup only) > Click 'Check Out'
Step 4: Fill up the column(s) and select the Delivery Method, Kindly make sure your selection is the same as in Step 3 > Click 'Continue to Shipping'.
Step 5: Select the Shipping Method. Kindly make sure your selection is the same as in Step 3 & 4.
**Failing which, we will ship the order based on your selection in Step 5.
Step 6: Continue to Payment.
Step 7: Yay, your order is on the way!

(ii.) How do I cancel or amend the order?

Kindly contact us within 3 hours after placing the order. Once we have shipped the order, no cancellation or changes are allowed.

A. Standard Delivery
Received your goods in just a few days!

B. Express Delivery
Received your goods in a while later!

(iii.) What if I have selected 'Express Delivery' in Step 01 but paid for 'Standard Delivery' in Step 03?
We will ship your order according to your selection of the Shipping Method in Step 03, which means you will get the order via Standard Delivery in this case(iii.).

(iv.) My order is not arriving yet.
