Dear Valued Customers,

We just want to let you know that we are open for business as usual during the MCO period (13~26 January 2021). 

Rest assured, we are practicing daily sanitisation throughout our working area to ensure your safety and well-being.

Our delivery services as below are available:

(i.) Standard Delivery across Malaysia
(ii.) Express Delivery within Klang Valley
(iii.) Self Pick-up
(iv.) SHIN KOREA on Shopee

(i.) Standard Delivery across Malaysia

1. Orders will be shipped out within 3 working days depends on the stock availability.

2. Standard deliveries by J&T, Ninjavan, DHL, Poslaju might take an extra days (around 3-5 working days) during the MCO period. 

3. The 'Klang Valley only' products such as Korean Mama series are not applicable to this service. 

(ii.) Express Delivery within Klang Valley

1. Orders will be shipped out within 3 hours according to your schedule, same day delivery is available.

2. This delivery service is supported by Mrspeedy, Grab and Lalamove.

(iii.) Self Pick-up

1. Orders will be ready for pick-up on the next day of payment completion.

2. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing upon visiting.

(iv.) SHIN KOREA on Shopee

1.  We suggest you to select J&T or Ninjavan as the courier.

2. Standard deliveries by J&T, Ninjavan, DHL, Poslaju might take an extra days (around 3-5 working days) during the MCO period.
