To request for a refund, you may contact us with your order details. Kindly attach the Order ID, Photo(s) or Video(s), and a description of your issue within seven (7) days from the collection date.
Failing which, your original order will be deemed canceled and we reserve the right to forfeit any amounts paid for the product(s).
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or received a faulty item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal issues, short expiry date(For more details, visit Food Expiration Date notice).
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, vouchers, gift cards, free gifts.
Not acceptable refunds
- 7 days have passed since the collection date.
- The goods are lost or damaged due to the purchaser's negligence.
- The purchaser is unable to provide any evidence.
We do not accept any exchanges.
As our products are perishable goods, we do not accept any return action. However, we offer a refund depending on the cases.
PROCESS AND LEAD TIME
We will notify you once the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time(3 to 5 working days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIN KOREA retains the right to approve or reject the refund of the product.
