We offers three (3) Delivery Services within West Malaysia:

  1. Standard Delivery ( Pgeon - 2 to 5 working days)
    - Flat Rate RM6.00 
    - Free Shipping for orders above RM150
  2.  Next Day Delivery ( Post2u - on next working day )
    - First 3kg RM7.00, 3.01 kg and above RM12.00
    - Free Shipping is not available.
  3. Express Delivery ( Grab Express - 2 hours )
    - Fee calculated based on distance, you may check your postcode at checkout.
    - Free Shipping is not available.

Order Tracking and Delivery Status

1. Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes will be sent via email or SMS. You can then track the delivery status of your orders via the link and tracking number provided.

More information

1. No changes and cancellation are allowed after shipment made. 
2. Our Express Delivery Partner - Mrspeedy / Grab / Lalamove will deliver your order in 2 hours within your selected time slot. 
3. Our Express Delivery service is not available on Public Holidays, Friday and Saturday.
4. An additional charges will be applied to the second delivery attempt.
5. Any changes, kindly contact us 24 hours prior to the delivery. 
6. If the order is incomplete due to stock availability, we will reach you via Whatsapp for further discussion.
7. If you have selected 'Standard Delivery' in the Cart page but paid for 'Express Delivery' during check out, we will ship your order via Express Delivery. 
8. We retain the right to make any changes.
9. In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc. You are welcome to contact us for any assistance.

EAST MALAYSIA

We offers one (1) Delivery Services to East Malaysia:

  1. Standard Delivery ( Poslaju / Pgeon / DHL - 3 to 14 working days )
    - RM13.00 for every KG
