SHIN KOREA offers two (2) Delivery Services:

1. STANDARD DELIVERY - West & East Malaysia

The Charges

  • Basic Charges
    - West Malaysia : RM 6.00
    - East Malaysia : RM13.00 for every KG

  • Shipping Discounts for orders above RM150
    - West Malaysia : Free Shipping, no code required
    - East Malaysia : RM6.00 OFF with CODE: EASTMALAYSIA

The Process and Lead Time

-We typically ship within 2 business days.
-Our logistic partners will deliver your order within 3 to 7 business days.

Order Tracking and Delivery Status

1. Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your orders via Easyparcel.
2. In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc. You are welcome to contact us for any assistance.

More Information

1. No changes and cancellation are allowed after shipment.
2. If you have selected 'Express Delivery' in the Cart page but paid for 'Standard Delivery' during check out, we will ship your order via Standard Delivery. 


2. EXPRESS DELIVERY - Klang Valley Only*

The Charges

Delivery fee is calculated depends on the postcode. You may self check the delivery fee at check out.

The Process
Our Express Delivery Partner - MrSpeedy will deliver your order in 2 hours within your selected time slot. 
(If you have selected the 13:00-14:00 slot,  MrSpeedy will deliver the order before 15:00. )

1. Once your orders have been picked up by MrSpeedy, you will receive a notification message via Whatsapp. You may contact the person for any assistance.
2. In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc. You are welcome to contact us for any assistance.

More Information
1. Our Express Delivery is not available on Public Holidays.
2. An additional charges will be applied to the second delivery attempt.
3. Any changes, kindly contact us 24 hours prior to the delivery. 
4. If the order is incomplete due to stock availability, we will reach you via Whatsapp for futher discussion.
5. If you have selected 'Standard Delivery' in the Cart page but paid for 'Express Delivery' during check out, we will ship your order via Express Delivery. 
6. We retain the right to make any changes.
